Welcome to this spacious and private apartment very close to NYC (average travel time to Midtown Manhattan is about 15 mins door-to-door). This apartment is about 700 square feet (65 m2). There is a living room with sofa bed (sleeps maximum 2 people), kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2). Convenient location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Well-lit at night. No parties, events, or smoking of any kind -- strictly enforced. This is a private apartment and you have access to the whole space. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 3-story apartment building. If you need to park your car, please note there is a 2-hour parking limit on most streets during the day and you are not able to leave your car overnight on most streets. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your vehicle when it is parked on the street. Secure parking is available for an additional fee in the locked and gated driveway behind the building. You must pay the parking fee in advance to the host. The fee is $25 per car per night. The driveway can fit up to 2 cars. You will be able to lock and unlock the driveway gate to access your vehicle. Contact us in advance of booking for more details and to know if parking is available and how to pay for parking. The parking space may not be available for your travel dates so please contact us before booking to find out. Buses very near the apartment will take you to NYC in approximately 15 minutes. Nice family neighborhood with stores, laundromat, and restaurants nearby. Well lit at night. Good alternative to New York. You can reach this location by taxi, Uber, or bus. The easiest way to NYC Midtown Manhattan is to take NJ Transit Bus 123 at the corner of 24th St and Palisade Ave (one block away). The return bus leaves from Gate 214 in Port Authority Bus Terminal. It costs $4 per ride. The ride takes about 15 minutes. The amenities that are listed at the time you book the unit are the amenities provided. Please review this list of amenities before booking. Self check-in and check-out are available. There is a lockbox with keys at the entry door to the building. We will send you the code to the lock box on the day of your arrival, not earlier. The check-in window is 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If you are planning to arrive after 11:00 pm, you must clear this with us. We may not be available to support you during check-in if you arrive very late at night (after 11:00 pm) and we will not issue refunds for problems with checking in after 11:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Please note that this apartment is located in a historic, older building. Some recent guests have arrived with higher expectations than what I can provide given the age of the building. The apartment looks like the photos in the listing and I keep it updated and clean. It is a basic space with basic amenities. If you are looking for a functional and competitively priced place very close to New York City, this would be a good space for you. If you are looking for a modern and luxury stay, this is probably not the place for you. A few things to know before you book: To keep our homes safe and welcoming for everyone, all guests complete a quick verification before arrival — we'll reach out by email or text with the simple steps once you've booked, so please complete it before you travel. Guests are also asked to either purchase a damage waiver or leave a refundable security deposit, and to sign a short rental agreement. A valid credit or debit card is required; if you're paying us directly by card, we'll ask for a photo of the front and back and a signed credit card authorization form, and the name on the reservation, card, and ID should match. Please also have a valid, current government-issued ID ready — if it's expired we won't be able to approve the stay, and no refund applies in that case. Additional charges may apply. Positive: Apartamento confortável, excelente bairro e excelente custo-benefício para quem quer ficar próximo à Manhattan e fugir dos altíssimos preços. Farto transporte próximo ao apartamento; ônibus até Manhattan leva 12 minutos sem trânsito, com trânsito no máximo 40 minutos.

Es ist renovierungsbedüftig, aber sauber. Wir würden es genau so wieder buchen. Positive: Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Spüli, Handtücher, Geschirr, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Kaffeemaschine , Wasserkocher, Bügeleisen. Negative: Das man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann.

Great location just across the river in NJ. Only a 15-20 minute bus ride to Port Authority. Good sized space with basic amenities. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Still in a city location with sounds of the city outside so earplugs would be helpful if you are used to a quieter place.

Très satisfait!!! Positive: L'appartement est très grand, spacieux et assez propre et en effet à 15 minutes de Manhattan (Port Authority). Les clés sont très faciles à récupérer et le quartier assez calme et en face d'un parc. Negative: Rien en particulier car j'ai beaucoup apprécié

Positive: It was clean! I mean - yeah, the apartment was old. Building was built in 19th century. But it was clean! And it had kitchen, fridge, A/C... Negative: Bathroom. It was super old and I didn't like the shower.

Positive: El lugar realmente es muy amplio, fácilmente podrían caber 4 personas (en esta ocasión solo ibamos un amigo y yo), tanto la cama como sofa cama eran muy comodos, utensilios necesarios para cocinar, buen refrigerador y el lugar se encuentra rodeado tanto de lugares para comer como supermercados latinos. También se encuentra en una área muy limpia y con varios buses que van hacia NY, definitivamente un buen lugar para regresar el próximo año Negative: No hubo algo que me disgustará del lugar, pero, si fuera posible, agregar un microondas al lugar sería perfecto para lugar

Flat grande e completo, com bom custo-benefício próximo a Manhattan Positive: Apesar de ser um flat mais velho, ele é muito completo, com tudo que se precisa, inclusive duas TVs, e é muito espaçoso. O local é tranquilo, com várias opções de comércio e restaurantes, com fácil acesso à Manhattan por ônibus (fica a 15 minutos de ônibus). O custo benefício é bom, se comparado aos preços práticados em NY. Negative: O ar condicionado, por ser um pouco antigo, faz um pouco de barulho, notei o chão do banheiro um pouco sujo. Não há opção de se chegar de metrô ao local. Mas não houve nada que atrapalhasse a hospedagem.

Positive: The place is very close to the bus stop in a quiet neighbourhood. It was easy to find. The building and toilet looks rustic but it is clean. Good value.
