Metro Stays Membership

A yearly membership for returning guests. Members unlock member perks on direct bookings, including free WiFi and free early check-in / late check-out when available.

Anyone who books directly through our website. The membership is not available for reservations made through third-party platforms like Airbnb or Vrbo.

1. Create a guest account on our website (or sign in if you already have one).
2. Confirm your membership.
3. Complete payment through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
4. Your membership activates immediately after payment.

Right away. Member perks apply to your next booking and to the add-ons you select during checkout.

Visit your account page and select "Cancel membership." You keep your perks until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time.

When you book while signed in as a member, the early check-in and late check-out add-ons are free at checkout whenever they are available for your dates. The original price is shown with a strikethrough so you can see your savings.

The WiFi add-on is included at no charge for members on eligible listings, applied automatically at checkout.

Member perks and promotional offers generally cannot be combined. The system applies the single best discount available for each line item.

Membership is billed as an annual subscription through Stripe. Your card is charged once per year on your enrollment anniversary.

Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers.

Stripe will retry the charge a few times. If payment cannot be collected, your membership status changes and perks stop applying until the payment is resolved.
