The amenities that are listed at the time you book the unit are the amenities provided. Please review this list of amenities before booking. Self check-in and check-out are available. There is a lockbox with keys at the entry door to the building. We will send you the code to the lock box on the day of your arrival. The code will not be sent in advance. We will not give refunds if you have issues checking in after 11:00 pm. There is no luggage storage available at the house. Please also note that this house is an older house. Some recent guests have arrived with higher expectations than what we can provide given the age of the house. The place looks like the photos in the listing and we keep it clean. It is a basic space with basic amenities. If you are looking for a functional and competitively priced place relatively close to New York City and Newark Airport EWR, this would be a good space for you. If you are looking for a modern and luxury stay, this is probably not the place for you. A few things to know before you book: To keep our homes safe and welcoming for everyone, all guests complete a quick verification before arrival — we’ll reach out by email or text with the simple steps once you’ve booked, so please complete it before you travel. Guests are also asked to either purchase a damage waiver or leave a refundable security deposit, and to sign a short rental agreement. A valid credit or debit card is required; if you’re paying us directly by card, we’ll ask for a photo of the front and back and a signed credit card authorization form, and the name on the reservation, card, and ID should match. Please also have a valid, current government-issued ID ready — if it’s expired we won’t be able to approve the stay, and no refund applies in that case. Additional charges may apply. Have any questions? Just reach out — we’re always happy to help! WI-FI — AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE Wi-Fi is not included in your booking. Internet access at this property is offered only as a paid add-on, so please do not plan on free Wi-Fi during your stay. If you would like Wi-Fi, message us before or during your stay and we will send you the current rate and connection details.
