Welcome to this 3,000 sf (280 m2) loft-style apartment in the heart of downtown Elizabeth, New Jersey, USA. It is the entire 2nd floor of a historic building. Sleeps up to 8 people comfortably with four large and private bedrooms. Open kitchen/living/dining room to gather together with your family and friends. Dining table seats 8 people. There are 2 spacious full bathrooms as well. No parties, events, or smoking of any kind -- this is strictly enforced. The apartment is very spacious with ample room for up to 8 people to stay. Each bedroom has its own desk and office chair — perfect for working from home. The direct train to New York is less than a 5 minute walk from this apartment. The journey takes about 30 minutes to reach Manhattan New York City. Newark Airport (EWR) can be reached with this same train and the journey takes about 15 minutes. This building is in the middle of a city and has no parking. There is a public parking garage around the corner where you can conveniently park during your stay. You would need to pay the parking fees directly to the garage. We do not include any parking with this listing and parking is entirely a guest's responsibility. Self check-in and check-out are available. There is a lockbox with keys at the entry door to the building. We will send you the code to the lock box on the day of your arrival. The code will not be sent in advance. The check-in window is 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If you are planning to arrive after 11:00 pm, you must clear this with us. No one will be available to support you during check-in if you arrive very late at night (after 11:00 pm), so it will be completely self-service and you will not receive any refund or concession if you cannot check-in after 11:00 pm for any reason. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. There is no luggage storage available at the property. The amenities listed are the amenities currently offered. Please note that this apartment is located in an older building. Some recent guests have arrived with higher expectations than what we can provide given the age of the building. The apartment looks like the photos in the listing and we keep it clean. It is a basic space with basic amenities. If you are looking for a functional and competitively priced (and VERY LARGE) place close to New York City and Newark Airport EWR, this would be a good space for you. If you are looking for a modern and luxury stay, this is probably not the place for you. Great place Positive: It was clean and roomy. Negative: The front door got stuck trying to get out of. But we found the trick to open it. Also, the front door key kept getting stuck in the key hole.

It was everything that it said in the ad and more. We all loved it! Positive: The apartment was really huge! It was not an exaggeration. I had to convince my friends to just come on over and join us coz the rooms are huge and spacious. Everything we needed was there. There was even a half bag of rice that probably the former guests have left and since we're Asians, we cooked it! Rice, for us, is life! haha. The place is just a few steps away from the train station, the dollar store, thrift store, and other department stores, restaurants, etc. We felt it's a safe community coz we would usually go back to the apartment past 12mn and the area looked peaceful. The neighbors were also friendly. The host was very, very accommodating. I had an issue with the payment coz I invited other guests to join but booking.com wasn't giving me any choice to edit my registration, and the host helped me with it. Thank you for a very nice place to stay, and for being a great host (even if we didn't see you face to face). :) Negative: Nothing. It was a home away from home. It would be something that my family would love to book if we were all together coz we're a family of 7 and it would really be perfect for us.
