Private 1-bedroom RV, direct bus to NYC Manhattan only 2 blocks away | 1 bedroom, sleeps 4

About this home

Welcome to this 1-bedroom camper/RV that is parked behind a house in a suburban area of Northern New Jersey. The RV is plugged in and there is good WiFi. Direct bus to Manhattan NYC is only 2 blocks away. ALDI supermarket and laundry within walking distance. You can park your car on the street for free. Street parking is relatively easy to find. This is a motorhome and is similar to a small apartment. Please note that this is not a new unit. It is about 25 years old and has some signs of normal wear and tear. We keep it clean and functional, but we want to be clear that this is not a brand new motorhome. You will have private access to the entire unit during your stay. You are not allowed to drive this RV. This rental is stationary only. If you are interested in renting an RV for a road trip, contact us as we have a different unit available for this type of rental. Two blocks away from this location there is NJ Transit Bus No. 115, a direct bus that takes you to Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City (Midtown Manhattan). The ride takes about 60 minutes and costs $8 per person. You can also drive easily around this area and there is plenty of parking. EWR airport is only about 20 minutes away. Walking/jogging in the neighborhood is also very easy. This RV can be rented during the winter and you are able to stay in it comfortably. There is heat and hot water, so you can stay warm and comfortable during colder months. There is also air conditioning for the warmer season. There is a lock box at the location with a key to the RV front door. You will receive the code to the lock box on the day of your arrival. The check-in window is 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If you are planning to arrive after 11:00 pm, you must clear this with us and we must approve this in advance. The amenities that are listed at the time you book the unit are the amenities provided. Please review this list of amenities before booking. A few things to know before you book: To keep our homes safe and welcoming for everyone, all guests complete a quick verification before arrival — we’ll reach out by email or text with the simple steps once you’ve booked, so please complete it before you travel. Guests are also asked to either purchase a damage waiver or leave a refundable security deposit, and to sign a short rental agreement. A valid credit or debit card is required; if you’re paying us directly by card, we’ll ask for a photo of the front and back and a signed credit card authorization form, and the name on the reservation, card, and ID should match. Please also have a valid, current government-issued ID ready — if it’s expired we won’t be able to approve the stay, and no refund applies in that case. Additional charges may apply. Have any questions? Just reach out — we’re always happy to help! WI-FI — AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE Wi-Fi is not included in your booking. Internet access at this property is offered only as a paid add-on, so please do not plan on free Wi-Fi during your stay. If you would like Wi-Fi, message us before or during your stay and we will send you the current rate and connection details.
