If you are looking for a functional and competitively priced place close to New York City and Newark Airport EWR, this would be a good space for you. A few things to know before you book: To keep our homes safe and welcoming for everyone, all guests complete a quick verification before arrival — we’ll reach out by email or text with the simple steps once you’ve booked, so please complete it before you travel. Guests are also asked to either purchase a damage waiver or leave a refundable security deposit, and to sign a short rental agreement. A valid credit or debit card is required; if you’re paying us directly by card, we’ll ask for a photo of the front and back and a signed credit card authorization form, and the name on the reservation, card, and ID should match. Please also have a valid, current government-issued ID ready — if it’s expired we won’t be able to approve the stay, and no refund applies in that case. Additional charges may apply. Have any questions? Just reach out — we’re always happy to help! WI-FI — AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE Wi-Fi is not included in your booking. Internet access at this property is offered only as a paid add-on, so please do not plan on free Wi-Fi during your stay.
