Positive: We stayed in this 2-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed and had a great experience. The location is very convenient — it’s a great alternative if you don’t want to stay right in the center of New York City. There’s a bus stop just around the corner, and the 159 bus takes you straight into Manhattan, stopping right in front of The New York Times building. Buses run approximately every 10 to 15 minutes, which made getting in and out of the city really easy. The check-in process was simple and well-organized, with a lockbox containing all the keys needed for the different doors. The apartment was well-equipped with working appliances, plenty of dishes, and enough towels for all five of us. The sofa bed was easy to set up and comfortable enough for two people to sleep on. Overall, it was a very practical and pleasant place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it, especially for families or groups visiting NYC. Negative: That said, it’s important to note that using Truvi as a third-party service wasn’t very convenient from a guest’s perspective. While it may streamline things for the host, we were often unsure if we had completed everything required by Truvi to ensure smooth access to the apartment. Also, while the apartment was generally clean, there were a few areas that could have used a deeper clean. We understand this might be due to the high turnover of guests, which can make thorough cleaning more difficult. Overall, it was a pleasant and practical place to stay. With just a few improvements, it could be even better. I’d still recommend it for anyone visiting NYC, especially families or groups.

The bnb was like the pictures, very minimalistic, 3 bedrooms with a bed, small TV, and a closet. There is 3 sets of dishes. I do wish there was parking as I only had used one vehicle when staying here but had to park a good ways up the street. Be aware that there is a no parking sign across the street for Monday morning. I didn't see the sign 30ft away. Maria also has other charges after you book around $35. But altogether it was not horrible, and a bit cheaper than most hotels.

Positive: Apartamento confortável, excelente bairro e excelente custo-benefício para quem quer ficar próximo à Manhattan e fugir dos altíssimos preços. Farto transporte próximo ao apartamento; ônibus até Manhattan leva 12 minutos sem trânsito, com trânsito no máximo 40 minutos.

Positive: The property was nice and cozy. It felt like home. Negative: I liked everything about the property.

Es ist renovierungsbedüftig, aber sauber. Wir würden es genau so wieder buchen. Positive: Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Spüli, Handtücher, Geschirr, Seife, Toilettenpapier, Kaffeemaschine , Wasserkocher, Bügeleisen. Negative: Das man die Fenster nicht öffnen kann.
